Franklin, TN | Growth Marketing Lead | Full-time
We are actively recruiting a Growth Marketing Lead (Data and AI Systems) for our client in Franklin, TN. This is a direct placement opportunity that will require working onsite in Franklin. The role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, data analytics, and applied AI. The successful candidate will build and operate a technology-driven growth engine focused on measurable acquisition, activation, and conversion outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on contributor with strong data and BI skills who can demonstrate heavy use of AI to drive experiments and growth. Must have 7+ years of experience and be comfortable owning their role.

Core Responsibilities
Growth Systems
  • Design and operate a full-funnel growth system across paid, lifecycle, and organic channels.
  • Own CAC, conversion rates, and activation metrics.
Data and Analytics
  • Build CAC, LTV, and cohort models.
  • Create dashboards and work directly in analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Ensure tracking is implemented before any campaign launch.
AI-Driven Execution
  • Leverage AI to accelerate campaign creation, lifecycle messaging, experimentation, and analysis.
  • Use AI to generate insights, test hypotheses, and automate workflows.
Experimentation & Optimization
  • Run a structured experimentation engine.
  • Form hypotheses, execute tests, analyze outcomes, and scale or kill initiatives based on data.
Signal & Enrichment
  • Utilize data enrichment and intent signals to improve targeting and segmentation.
  • Continuously refine audience precision and channel efficiency.

Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, BI tools
Marketing: HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Ads
AI & Automation: LLM tools, Clay, workflow automation platforms
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on growth, lifecycle, or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong data fluency, analytics capability, and real-world application of AI in workflows.
