Ai Creator information

What is an AI creator?

An AI Creator is a professional who designs, develops, and implements artificial intelligence (AI) systems or content, often using tools like machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models. Their work can involve building AI-powered applications, generating digital content through AI, or training AI models to solve specific problems. AI Creators may work in diverse fields such as technology, art, entertainment, and business. They need a strong understanding of programming, data analysis, and AI concepts to effectively create and deploy intelligent systems.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an AI creator, and why are they important?

To thrive as an AI Creator, you need a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and data analysis, often supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms is typically required. Creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for designing innovative solutions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. These skills and qualities are vital for developing impactful AI systems that solve real-world problems efficiently and ethically.

What are some common challenges faced by AI creators when developing new models or solutions?

AI Creators often encounter challenges such as ensuring high-quality, unbiased data for training models, balancing model complexity with interpretability, and keeping up with rapidly evolving technologies and best practices. Collaboration with data engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders is essential to define clear project goals and align AI solutions with business needs. Additionally, AI Creators must rigorously test models to avoid overfitting and ensure ethical, scalable deployment in real-world environments.

Job description

Industry leader? Well, how about an industry creator?!

WalkMe, an SAP company, pioneered the world's leading Digital Adoption Platform, helping organizations navigate change across any application or system. Today it is the platform that drives AI adoption across the enterprise. Enterprise work stays fragmented across applications, and that fragmentation compounds as AI advances. Traditional training and vendor-provided help leave organizations managing change one application at a time. WalkMe guides people through change, brings AI into the flow of work, automates tasks and shows executives how workflows perform. Global leaders including IBM, Nestle, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and the U.S. federal government trust WalkMe. WalkMe turns AI potential into AI performance.

So, if you're an expert in your field, and looking for an opportunity to work, collaborate, and innovate with some of the most talented people out there, WalkMe is the place for you!

As a Senior Partner Solution Advisor, you will report to the Director of Global Partner Solution Advisory. You'll bring deep technical credibility - built through hands-on presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience - to WalkMe's partner ecosystem, designing and delivering demonstrations and POCs that prove out real business value. Working alongside Partner Business Managers, you'll translate that technical depth into partner capability: defining joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies, and enabling partner sales and technical teams to confidently identify, position, and close WalkMe opportunities
What You'll Own
  • Design, build, and deliver tailored WalkMe demonstrations and technical POCs - defining success criteria and proving differentiated business outcomes for partner and end-customer use cases.

  • Lead discovery conversations with partner and customer stakeholders - asking questions that surface business pain, priorities, and success criteria, consistent with WalkMe's Value Selling/MEDDPICC approach - before shaping the technical response and demo approach.

  • Enable, train, and motivate partner sales and technical teams throughout the life of the partnership, acting as a respected and reliable advisor

  • Define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies with partner teams that deliver measurable outcomes for their customers

  • Work with Partner Business Managers to develop and execute strategic plans that build partner revenue capability and accelerate WalkMe adoption across the partner's customer base

  • Build and manage trusted technical relationships with key partner stakeholders, deepening WalkMe's presence within partner programs over time

  • Participate in demand generation activities including industry events, innovation days, partner summits, and joint go-to-market programs

What You Need to Succeed
  • 5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering role - with direct, hands-on experience designing and delivering demonstrations and POCs that connect technical capability to business outcomes.

  • Proven consultative presales ability: demonstrated experience initiating and carrying a business conversation with partner and customer stakeholders - not simply presenting or configuring a solution - to uncover needs, priorities, and decision criteria (consistent with WalkMe's Value Selling/MEDDPICC methodology) that shape the technical approach.

  • Ability to engage effectively across all levels - from partner SEs and AEs to C-suite executives

  • Deep understanding of enterprise software and how to build a business case for technology investment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to partner and customer sites

  • Preferred:

    • SAP experience, satisfied by either (a) hands-on experience with SAP products/platforms, or (b) experience working at SAP, or partnering with SAP (e.g., via an SAP-aligned GSI or ISV) on SAP-related engagements.

    • Experience working within a channel or partner ecosystem (VAR, GSI, ISV, or technology alliance)

    • Experience enabling or activating partner sales teams

    • Familiarity with digital adoption, change management, or enterprise productivity technologies
