  • Foster relationships with members to identify advocates, thought leaders, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage community Slack channel and leverage other digital tools to scale and maintain community engagement.
  • Plan and manage local and global meet-ups, roundtables, and networking events for community members
  • Amplify community achievements and stories across Radical’s content channels.
2) Events & Ecosystem Building
  • Work closely with Radical’s Velocity Operations, Marketing, and Investment teams to align community initiatives with broader organizational goals.
  • Support Radical events in priority AI ecosystems (e.g., Bay Area, Toronto, New York and London), coordinating with Radical investors and partners to create compelling dinners and talks.
  • Identify partnerships with academic institutions, industry groups, and AI influencers to expand Radical’s community reach.
3) Peer-to-Peer Network Development
  • Build and maintain a peer-to-peer network for Radical’s portfolio founders and functional leaders (marketing, GTM, product, talent) to share insights and best practices.
  • Create forums, Slack channels, or other platforms to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in community management, event planning, or ecosystem development, preferably within tech, venture capital, or AI sectors.
