The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your Full Stack Software Engineering expertise in a high impact role? Booz Allen is building next generation solutions in Cybersecurity. We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team - You'll design, build, integrate, and deploy new capabilities. We're implementing new Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) software and integrating Cybersecurity tools to provide defensive cyber solutions across our customers.
You'll leverage your technical expertise to execute greenfield software development, as well as integrate capability with the industry's leading Cybersecurity tools end-to-end to against the team's roadmap. You'll leverage your experience with AI coding tools to rapidly scaffold, implement, review, and test new software and features.
You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently against ambiguous requirements. You should be able to distill complex requirements into actionable engineering tasks, design solutions, estimate complexity, sequence, and implement capability. You should be able to work on a high velocity engineering team, moving at the pace of technology. Your definition of done is production-ready software.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience with Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, such as React
  • 7+ years of experience with data storage, such as SQL, Document, or Graph
  • 7+ years of experience with Cloud and Containers, such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
  • 4+ years of experience with system-to-system integration development, such as API
  • 4+ years of experience deploying, configuring, operating applications and tools
  • Experience with LLM, Agentic AI, RAG, or MCP implementation
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Golang, C#, or Java
  • Experience with DevSecOps, and CI/CD Pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or GitLab
  • Experience with Application Security and Enterprise Cybersecurity, such as Static and Dynamic Code Vulnerabilities, Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing
  • Experience with rapid scaffolding and prototyping using AI coding assistants
  • Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
