In This Position
We are seeking a Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by developing and managing customer relationships for Hailo's AI SoC processor platforms. In this role reporting to the VP of Sales, you will manage the overall engagement with customers, working closely with Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Product Management, Customer Success and R&D to drive design wins and repeatable, long-term revenue.
This is a highly customer-facing position requiring strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to sell complex semiconductor and AI solutions into sophisticated accounts.
Travel - Willingness to travel (typically ~1 week per month)
Location - Chicago area preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow revenue and design-win pipeline for assigned accounts in North America
  • Develop and execute account strategies with Tier-1 and Tier-2 customers in edge-AI markets
  • Identify customer needs and position Hailo's differentiated value in performance, power efficiency, and latency
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing
  • Work closely with FAEs to support evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and technical decision makers
  • Build relationships with executives, product managers, and engineering stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Accurately forecast opportunities and revenue using CRM tools
  • Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management and Marketing to influence Hailo's go-to-market. roadmap and product strategy
  • Represent Hailo at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of B2B/OEM sales experience in semiconductors, AI, embedded systems, or related technologies
  • Proven track record of closing complex technical deals and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
