Work you'll do

As a Project Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Organization, Workforce, & Change team, you will:

  • Lead requirements gathering efforts to define, prioritize, and refine AI use cases aligned to business needs and stakeholder objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI concepts, user experience considerations, and prototype and demo requirements.
  • Design and develop AI tool demonstrations to showcase capabilities, validate use cases, and support leadership and stakeholder discussions.
  • Create training scripts, communications, and enablement materials to support workshops, events, and broader change adoption activities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of workshops and stakeholder sessions, including agenda development, content preparation, and follow-up communications.
