Als Head of EPC (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Realisierung unserer Agri-PV-Projekte – vom Kick-off nach Baugenehmigung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Du gestaltest Prozesse, baust ein schlagkräftiges EPC-Team auf und sorgst für effiziente, skalierbare Umsetzungsstrukturen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den EPC-Bereich bei feld.energy – von der Projektübernahme nach Genehmigung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
  • Der Aufbau, die Führung und Weiterentwicklung skalierbarer EPC-Strukturen, Prozesse und Tools liegen in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Als zentrale Steuerungsinstanz optimierst du die Schnittstellen zwischen Engineering, Einkauf, Bauleitung sowie externen Partnern.
  • Externe Dienstleister, Nachunternehmer und Lieferanten wählst, steuerst und entwickelst du mit Fokus auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine.
  • Für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets, Qualitätsstandards, HSE und Compliance trägst du die übergreifende Verantwortung.
  • Technische Grundsatzentscheidungen (z. B. Modul-, Unterkonstruktions- und Netzanschlusskonzepte) begleitest und triffst du gemeinsam mit dem Team.
  • Markt- und Technologieentwicklungen analysierst du kontinuierlich, um Kosten, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit weiter zu verbessern.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektentwicklung, Bid Management und Geschäftsführung stellst du eine reibungslose Übergabe in die Umsetzung sicher.
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Umsetzung von EPC-, PV- oder Infrastrukturprojekten – idealerweise im Bereich Freifläche oder Agri-PV
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Projektsteuerung, Netzanschlussprozessen sowie Kosten- und Termincontrolling
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Führung oder Skalierung von Teams, Projekteinheiten oder externen Partnerstrukturen
  • Ausgeprägter Qualitäts- und Ergebnisanspruch gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit projekt- und steuerungsrelevanten Tools (z. B. Projektmanagement-, Planungs- oder ERP-Systeme); Detailplanung ist kein Schwerpunkt der Rolle
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf Management- und operativer Ebene sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Projektumsetzung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
