About this position:

The Enterprise Delivery & Agility Manager leads enterprise project delivery using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role supervises and mentors project managers, partners with stakeholders to align delivery with strategic and member-focused goals, manages risks and resources, and advances delivery standards and best practices across the credit union.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Implement best practices and methodologies for project management.

What you'll bring:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a PMO or similar function.

  • PMP Certification Required.

  • Proven experience in implementing project management methodologies and leading organizational change initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
