Job description

Salesforce Quality Assurance I executes detailed test cases validating FedRAMP Moderate/High security controls, Section 508 accessibility compliance, and AI/Agentforce output integrity (hallucination/bias detection)
Core Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Case Development: Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
  • Manual & Automated Testing: Execute both manual and automated tests using tools like Selenium, JIRA, or other automation frameworks.
  • Defect Identification & Tracking: Identify, document, and log bugs or defects in a bug tracking system; verify fixes and ensure no regressions.
  • Regression & Performance Testing: Perform regression testing to confirm new changes do not break existing functionality; conduct performance and security testing.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to review requirements, validate designs, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, data privacy, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Reporting: Provide clear, detailed test result reports to stakeholders and track QA metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, modules, and architecture.
