BUSINESS PURSUIT MANAGER, ROBOTICS & BESS

YOUR ROLE
As a Business Pursuit Manager joining our team, your focus will be developing critical new partnerships across the Robotics and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Industry in the Americas. Working alongside our global and North American Regional Sales team and reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities which ultimately lead to new RFQs and business awards. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious front-line Sales professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Forming a 5-year strategic plan for growth and development to support Regional and Global objectives
  • Identifying, evaluating, and creating new partnerships and business opportunities
  • Negotiating and finalizing new business and partnerships agreements to support business expansion and market penetration
  • Understanding of customer requirements and oversight of cross-functional teams to assure customer expectations and relationship is kept in high regard
  • Providing guidance and support during the quote, development, and execution phases to ensure pursuit commitments are achieved
  • Developing and achieving growth targets and specific customer pursuit strategies aligned to business development objectives

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of five years of Sales experience in either Robotics and/or BESS
  • Established Industry connections at major Robotics and/or Battery Energy Storage System manufacturers
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of major Robotics and/or Battery Energy Storage System manufacturers
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Analytical capability and business acumen
  • Ability to travel ~20%
  • Wiring harness application preferred
  • English fluency required and Spanish fluency preferred
  • Ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future
