Job description

Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Sev1Tech is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division. NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Secret or Higher-Level Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (Bachelor of Science (BS) shall be from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program)
  • Ten (10) years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
  • Must have experience in collection, review, and analysis of information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
  • Must be able to analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures.
  • Must be able to develop solutions to problems.
  • Must be able to prepare recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
  • Must be able to prepare and solve mathematical models.

This is an on-site 5-days a week position, with one day optional telework. Core working hours are 0900 - 1500.ย 

Minimal travel is required for Program Increment Planning, occuring four times per year, one week each.
