REQUIREMENTS 


3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager following Agile practices. 


Experience with agile project management tools such as Pivotal Tracker, etc. 


Demonstrable experience successfully leading varied and diverse teams. 


Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc. 


Knowledge of techniques and practices for customizing less than defined areas of Scrum (example: numerous Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) 


Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise 


The person must have the excellent organization skills and be highly organized 


Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills 


Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external resources 


Proven ability to think strategically and tactically 


The ability to manage remote teams in both on-shore and off-shore delivery models 


Outstanding work ethic and sense of urgency to deliver on expectations 


Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
