- Manage multiple concurrent IT application and software development projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, status reports, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with business, technical, vendor, and leadership stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Utilize Waterfall project controls while supporting Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban.
- Review contracts and requirements to identify scope, deliverables, milestones, and compliance obligations.
- Facilitate project meetings, create project charters, track risks/issues, and manage escalations.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and process guides.
- Leverage tools including MS Project/Project Online, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Outlook.
