We're looking for a senior-level Product Manager to own execution across our Customer Experience Technology (CXT) portfolio. This role is for a builder and operator who thrives on complex, cross-platform delivery, Tier1 customer commitments, and end-to-end accountability. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, driving outcomes that directly impact national restaurant and retail customers.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution across customerfacing platforms (McLane360), APIs/integrations, and strategic onboarding programs
  • Serve as the single execution authority across multiple concurrent Tier1 customer initiatives
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Transportation, Order Processing, and Sales
  • Lead intake to PI readiness, backlog health, dependency mapping, and release sequencing
  • Run prioritization and sequencing sessions across competing programs
  • Lead Agile PAD governance and delivery accountability
  • Manage onboarding for new and expanding strategic customers
  • Maintain real-time visibility into risks, blockers, and delivery status for senior leadership
  • Govern vendor and partner delivery against integration milestones

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 7 years of product or program management experience in complex, enterprise environments
  • Proven ownership of large, cross platform customer or integration programs
  • Strong Agile delivery, PI planning, and backlog management expertise
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and customer facing digital platforms
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
