Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Montreal, QC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, remove impediments, support high-performing teams, and drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile delivery for BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare technology and business initiatives.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Remove team impediments and support successful sprint execution.
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals.
  • Support digital transformation, modernization, regulatory, and compliance-driven programs.
  • Coordinate Agile teams supporting enterprise platforms, workflow automation, and system implementations.
  • Ensure Agile delivery practices align with governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Track sprint progress, team velocity, and Agile delivery metrics.
  • Foster collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching delivery teams.
  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, governance, or risk-management initiatives.
  • Experience leading Agile delivery for enterprise applications and modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing, citizen-facing, or patient-care technology environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
  • CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
