What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee multiple aggregates operations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, and Ashdown, AR to achieve production, safety, and financial performance goals
  • Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with plant teams to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost control across all assigned locations
  • Develop and coach leaders and team members to build capability, engagement, and succession readiness
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives

  • Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and ability to identify business opportunities

Work Environment
This role oversees operations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, as well as Ashdown, AR, and requires regular travel between locations. The position involves a mix of field and office environments with exposure to outdoor conditions, varying weather, and industrial settings. Safety equipment and protocols must be followed at all times.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to walk uneven terrain and navigate active quarry and plant environments
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Occasional lifting and carrying of materials up to 25 pounds
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and dust
