Position : Salesforce Senior Senior BA with Agent force/AI
Location: Houston, TX (4 days/week)
Mandatory skills: Sales cloud, Marketing cloud, AI / Agentforce

Experience with Salesforce ( preferably Sales and Marketing cloud) projects is a must;
if the person has any experience related to AI / Agentforce it will be a big plus as the client is expecting this resource to support projects related to AI and Agentforce
  • The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • This role requires a strong foundation in essential business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing data models, and configuring declarative features such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Object design.
  • Effective stakeholder management is also a critical component, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • In addition to core Salesforce expertise, the Business Analyst should preferably have experience in AI and Agentforce.
  • This includes the ability to design autonomous workflows, define agent behaviors, and implement governance frameworks that align with Salesforce's ongoing transition from assistive to autonomous AI within the Agentforce Platform.
  • The Business Analyst plays an essential role in preparing organizations for AI adoption by maintaining data integrity, streamlining processes, and establishing appropriate guardrails; elements that are crucial as organizations accelerate their integration of AI technologies.
