Job description

Agent Service Representative
The Agent Service Representative (ASR) serves as the liaison between assigned real estate agents and the law firm of McMichael amp; Gray. The closing location or processing team members may change depending on the transaction and client, but the ASR remains the consistent point of contact for their assigned agents throughout the closing process. The ASR offers concierge service to their assigned agents and is available to answer any questions or concerns regarding their closings.
The ASR must be extremely organized, professional, team-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with clients. Must have great interpersonal skills and be willing to attend marketing events and build relationships with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with agents, lenders, buyers and sellers throughout closing transactions from receipt of contract through closing
- Receive contracts and direct files opened with appropriate client team
- Confirms Contact information of all parties of the transaction is correct in Firm software
- Communicates with the buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders to request specified documents related to contract, title, and any financing.
- Works closely with the Attorneys on title clearance issues prior to closing.
- Coordinates closing appointment(s) with parties to transaction.
- Answers questions regarding closing process requirements
- Use of Outlook, Softpro Select, and related file management software programs to track closing process and produce reports
Experience/Requirements:
  • Experience in Marketing, Transaction Coordinating, and Preclosing/Processing
  • Physically located in firm Satellite office (Atlanta)
This position is in the office Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
