Job Title: Lead Sales Agent
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Lead Sales Agent is responsible for all sales within their assigned subdivisions, including but not limited to generating sales and following through to closing; marketing assigned subdivisions to all consumers and cooperating brokers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build a rapport with prospective buyers and determine their wants and needs.
  • Following through with all incoming leads and working to transition leads to contracts through CRM platform.
  • Sets proper expectations and manages customers' processes, paperwork, and communication from initial contract through closing.
  • Works with the sales manager to determine the number of completed spec homes needed per market based on data from previous years.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Project Manager to review all home builds, customer concerns, and home closing dates, and communicate any model home or subdivision maintenance requirements
  • Initiate and craft monthly marketing efforts for assigned subdivisions to produce the sales needed to reach goals, stay ahead of the competition, and make your homes stand out.
  • Maintain model homes and communities to the highest standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective buyers and clients.
  • Creates and maintains positive Realtor relationships throughout the area.
  • Conducts daily audits of communities and projects under construction to ensure proper signage is displayed.
  • Regularly visits competitor communities and comprehends the landscape for the home market in that area; gathers and utilizes data in the market to conduct a Competitive Market Analysis and uses that analysis to maximize success.
  • Participate in available training for self-development and to improve sales techniques.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Ability to work weekend and/or holiday hours as applicable

Education and Experience
  • Active Alabama Real Estate License Required
  • 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate, New Home Construction and/or Sales Industry preferred
