About the Agency Customer and Sales Representative position

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help us with planning, directing and coordinating our agency's operations. Your responsibilities will include improving efficiency, performance, productivity and profitability using effective approach and tactics.

Agency Customer and Sales Representative responsibilities are:
  • Monitor company's operations and analyze their metrics, such as: cost effectiveness, time, correctness and so on

  • Review and optimize existing operational systems, processes and best practices

  • Work to support the achievement of agency's strategic and operational objectives

  • Organize materials purchases

  • Interact with clients and personnel to retrieve the feedback

  • Assess customer needs to help identify specific products and solutions

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

Agency Customer and Sales Representative requirements are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, preferred

  • Excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management

  • Basic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office and so on
