This is a sales leadership role We are seeking a proven sales leader to take full ownership of our sales team and our new business growth. As Agency Manager, you will be directly responsible for the production of the team - recruiting, coaching, and developing sales professionals, managing the lead and sales pipeline, and driving the new business that fuels the agency. This is a role for someone who has already built and run a winning sales team and wants to do it again.
Responsibilities
  • Own the sales team's results and the agency's new business production goals.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members so they consistently hit individual and team targets.
  • Lead daily sales activity - set expectations, run accountability, and keep the team focused on producing.
  • Manage lead flow and the sales pipeline so every opportunity is worked and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Build and refine sales processes, scripts, and follow-up cadences that improve conversion.
  • Drive community outreach and marketing initiatives that generate new business.
  • Track and analyze production metrics and report on team performance against goals.
  • Ensure the team operates in compliance with State Farm and agency policies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading a successful sales team is required In the interview, you'll be asked to walk through the teams you've led and the results you produced.
  • Insurance sales leadership experience is strongly preferred, and State Farm experience is a significant plus.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to set goals, hold a team accountable, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with sales metrics, CRM/pipeline management, and data-driven coaching.
  • Must have applicable state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life/Health).

Compensation: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
