To thrive as an Agency RN, you need a valid RN license, strong clinical skills, and experience across diverse healthcare settings. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and adaptability to various hospital systems and protocols is crucial. Outstanding communication, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities help agency nurses integrate quickly and provide high-quality care.
