We are seeking a Georgia-licensed RN for a flexible, field-based Supervisory role. As a key leader for our home care agency, you will oversee in-home client care, conduct initial assessments, and provide guidance to our caregiving staff. This is a PRN opportunity ideal for a proactive nurse who excels at working independently and building strong relationships with our staff and families. Duties

  • Client Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within 72 hours of referral to develop tailored care plans.
  • Field Supervision: Perform bimonthly in-home visits to evaluate client well-being, caregiver performance, and maintain high safety standards.
  • Calendar Autonomy: Manage your own schedule by coordinating assessment and visit times directly with clients and families.
  • Digital Records: Ensure all clinical documentation and progress notes are accurately maintained within our digital systems.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work alongside families and the clinical team to update and evolve care plans based on client health changes.
  • Professional Liaison: Maintain proactive communication with community partners and families regarding client status or care updates.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and participate in internal record audits to ensure state-readiness.
  • Payroll Reporting: Record personal mileage, visit counts, and administrative hours to ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
