Responsibilities
  • Prospect, quote, and sell auto, home, life, specialty, and business insurance products
  • Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts to meet client needs and agency goals
  • Meet individual sales and activity goals while maintaining high service standards
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations
  • Represent the agency professionally within the Parkville community

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, or ability to obtain (we provide support)
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
