This creates a positive, growth-oriented culture where team members can thrive personally and professionally. We currently have four full-time licensed team members and two part-time licensed team members, all working alongside me as a dedicated agent committed to helping you succeed in your career path.
Team members enjoy strong benefits including a matching 401(k), health insurance, and gym membership reimbursement. We also keep things engaging with quarterly team outings, monthly lunch meetings, and a progressive team bonus program—with the opportunity to earn up to $550 per month or an extra day off when the team hits its goals.
