Job Summary
We are seeking a collaborative Manager of Agency Activation to join our growing and radiant team, utilizing their expertise to engage and expand our reach. The right candidate will be able to strategize, research, develop and recommend value-add marketing programs. This opportunity would target agency partners and financial professionals to drive activation and engagement with company. This position will lead and direct implementation, evaluation and improvement of sales programs, tools, and marketing, to grow the agency/agent business.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support company customers by providing guidance on how agencies can use company offered, value-add marketing programs as well as marketing tools to drive engagement and grow their agency/financial professionals' businesses.
  • Provide expert guidance to company's customers and downline customers on marketing, sales tools, programs, and various approaches to help them grow their business.
  • Supervise the development and execution of customer- targeted marketing programs, sales, and marketing campaigns, including overseeing B2B sales & marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Work with sales to align, train and support customers' promotion, utilization, and support of the programs.
  • Review existing value-add marketing programs and marketing tools (special projects as assigned) and identify improvements, strategy adjustments and implement accordingly.
  • Leverage tracking capabilities and customer feedback to ensure these programs are providing customers with valued services for them and their downline.

Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • 8+ years progressive experience in the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University and/or equivalent experience.
  • Iowa Insurance License required within 90 days of employment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in negotiation and data analysis.
