Our District Office in Long Beach is interviewing insurance progessionals for the position of District Trainer/ Agency Development Manager
Job Duties:
  • Train agents (Reserve, Career, Full-Time)
  • Prepare and run agent training meetings
  • Assist in agent planning reviews
  • Organize/review all recruiting materials
  • Organize/review all training materials, including videos
  • Provide computer and systems training
  • Set up sales promotions
  • Sales Management

Requirements:
  • Leadership qualities and respected by peers
  • College degree preferred but will consider solid insurance and sales experience
  • Goal oriented
  • A personal insurance profile that indicates an appreciation for the value of insurance
  • Technologically competent
  • Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to commit to continuing education in the insurance field
  • Must pass a background check including (credit, criminal, regulatory and driving history)
  • Must be licensed be licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
  • (FARMERS Experience is preferred)
