• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans, tailored to each client's needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to support effective assessment and treatment processes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that are individualized and goal-oriented.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation efforts, contributing to the clinic's overall commitment to excellence.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate seamless access to resources.
• Maintain open communication lines with team members to meet contract requirements and advocate for our mission throughout the community.
• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand our network and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to enhance your skills and represent our agency in various forums.
• Embody and promote the core values and mission of Prime Health Counseling, integrating our philosophy into all interactions and responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to our dynamic workplace.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Prime Health Counseling, you will work with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for providing care to individuals experiencing emotional distress, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and other mental health conditions, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment conducive to recovery and growth.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for this role.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or substance use recovery programs will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and the ability to navigate complex treatment landscapes will enhance your contributions to our team.
