Job description

Trend Social, the full-service influencer marketing agency (and sister company of Trend Management), is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and organized individual with an interest and passion for social media/ influencer marketing! 

TITLE: Account Coordinator 

REPORTS TO: Account Supervisor  

OVERVIEW: In this role, you will assist with day-to-day influencer campaign execution for our clients in the fashion, beauty, family, and lifestyle space. A successful candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, able to manage multiple clients at once, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Coordinating influencer campaigns between brands and influencers, including tracking project orders, managing post dates, communicating campaign briefs, and gathering analytics. 
  • Ensuring data entry accuracy in Asana and keeping track of campaign statuses. 
  • Assisting your team with influencer recommendations for brands. 
  • Responsible for communicating in a timely and effective manner to both influencers and brands. 
  • Working effectively with brands to resolve any posting or content issues that may arise. 
  • Responsible for making sure the influencer has all correct information to create and develop content deliverables in a timely manner. 
  • Building and maintaining healthy influencer and Talent Manager relationships. 
  • Building and maintaining healthy relationships with brands. 
  • Analyzing and creating reports on the effectiveness of campaigns. 
  • Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. 
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise, understanding that the business is ever-changing. 
  • Being a team-player who displays a positive, professional attitude and works well with others to ensure team goals are achieved! 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Full-time job based in Houston, TX 
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and outside of standard business hours as needed 
  • Relationship-driven with the ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules and trends and an ever-changing industry 
  • Well organized with good time management skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is preferred.
