Job Opportunity: Company Driver in Obetz, OH

We are excited to announce an opening for a Company Driver position at our future terminal located in Obetz, Ohio. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive company-owned and maintained trucks at no cost to you.

Position Details
  • Type: Company Driver
  • Equipment: All trucks are company-owned and well-maintained, featuring 2020 or newer sleeper models.
  • Route: Servicing 47 states, with a focus on avoiding the Northwest during winter months.
  • Work Schedule: Generally 2 weeks out, based on customer needs, with no dedicated routes currently available. We are actively working to establish more dedicated opportunities through our logistics sister company.
  • Freight: Drop and hook, no touch freight.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Detention Pay: $25 per hour after 2 hours at the facility.
  • Deadhead Rates: Competitive low mileage rates for fair compensation.
  • Breakdown/Maintenance Pay: $200 per day for any breakdowns or maintenance while on the road, with a maximum of $1,000 per week.
  • Dispatch: While dispatch is mandatory, we offer flexibility to accommodate your home time and varying schedules.
  • Communication: Our team is highly organized and maintains clear communication.
  • Employment Type: Full-time W-2 position.
