What jobs can you get at age 15?

At age 15, you can work in a variety of entry-level jobs such as babysitting, lawn care, retail, food service, or as a lifeguard, depending on your local labor laws. Many employers hire 15-year-olds for part-time or summer positions, but there are restrictions on hours and types of work. It's important to check your state's child labor laws for specific regulations and to obtain a work permit if required.

What should I expect in my first job experience at age 15?

At age 15, many job opportunities are entry-level positions such as working at local retail stores, food service establishments, grocery stores, or babysitting.
