Job Description
Own and grow a high-impact sales territory by building long-term relationships with ready-mix producers, contractors, engineers, and specifiers. Drive profitable growth through new accounts, projects, and value-added concrete solutions while representing Sika as a trusted industry partner.
You'll lead account strategy, expand specifications, and uncover project opportunities while working closely with technical and cross-selling teams to deliver differentiated admixture solutions. This role is ideal for a proven STM sales professional who enjoys being visible in the market, influencing mix designs, and winning business through expertise and relationships.
Key Highlights
- Grow and manage strategic STM accounts and new project opportunities
- Drive organic growth through specifications, testing, and value selling
- Partner with technical teams to optimize concrete mix designs and solve jobsite challenges
- Build strong relationships with producers, owners, engineers, and architects
- Represent Sika at industry events, project meetings, and lunch-and-learns
- Support pricing, proposals, and project tracking to exceed sales goals
Territory based in Elko, NV
✈ Travel as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5+ years' experience in sales and/or construction industry
- Deep understanding of customer relationships and their importance
- Knowledge of mining, ready mix, shotcrete, and concrete mix designs
- ACI Level 1 certification preferred; NRMCA Concrete Technologies (Level III) a plus
