Main Responsibilities

Program Design & Instruction

  • Design and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities for children. 
  • Inspire and nurture studentsโ€™ talent.
  • Encourage self-expression and artistic exploration.

Classroom Management

  • Foster a safe, inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, creativity, and confidence.
  • Supervise children and ensure adherence to camp safety procedures. 

Administration & Logistics

  • Collaborate and communicate with the team members to ensure a seamless experience. 
  • Oversee the essential logistics, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Provide progress reports on activities and childrenโ€™s development to parents and Aristocrafts management.
