Schedule: We offer different shifts for production M-F (Weekend Production can happen), 7:00 pm to 3:45 am
Pay: For evening shifts (7pm-345am or 11pm to 745am) $18.00/hour for the first 90 days. For daytime & afternoon shifts (7am to 345pm or 3pm to 1145pm) $17/hour for the first 90 days.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate equipment and machines that support production.
Maintain and support 5S initiatives throughout the facility.
Support and adhere to a safe culture by following all safety rules, supporting safety initiatives, and communicating opportunities for improvement through near misses, and Kaizen.
Learn and operate multiple operations and rotate between different operations throughout the day.
Maintain cleanliness of operations, equipment, and facility.
Following process by correctly labeling and moving product.
Inspecting product correctly to ensure quality products are being delivered to customers.
Working in a fast paced environment completing repetitive tasks.
Notify group leader of defective material, equipment, or tools that hinder the process.
Participate in projects and work with others to provide solutions to opportunities and drive improvement and efficient.
Comply with other duties as assigned.
