Mandatory camera participation during all meetings EST business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)

Compensation Structure:

Preferred rate: Up to $65/hour bill rate Maximum rate: $70/hour bill rate for exceptional candidates

Technical Requirements:

CA TDM experience: Required (Candidates without this experience will be rejected) Delphix experience: Preferred (significant advantage for candidates)

TDM Architect (CA TDM or Broadcom TDM)

Test Data Management

Must have skills:

**MUST HAVE proven expertise in CA TDM** CA TDM is very specific **Delphix is a huge plus but no mandatory

Test Data Management

•       8 to 15 years of experience in Test Data Management using tools such as Broadcom CA TDM, Delphix, Informatica TDM, Javelin, and GenRocket.

•       Strong hands-on expertise with Broadcom TDM components including TDM Portal (project creation, data modeling, masking, generation, self-service), Fast Data Masker, Data Maker, Data Subsetting, and Javelin workflow design.

•       Proven experience with the Delphix platform for data virtualization, self-service portal configuration, data cloning, and automation through REST APIs.

•       Skilled in designing and implementing enterprise-level TDM strategies aligned with organizational goals, including data provisioning, masking, synthetic data generation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

•       Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Teradata, MongoDB, cloud storage) and ability to handle both structured and unstructured data sources.

•       Experience integrating TDM solutions within Agile and DevOps frameworks, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipelines.

•       Ability to manage end-to-end test data lifecycle from request intake to delivery and restoration, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

•       Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, architect scalable data management solutions, and continuously improve TDM processes.

•       Familiarity with data quality, ETL/ELT processes, data profiling, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
