Job Summary: 

  • To assist Student Accounts & Cashiers Office personnel to ensure smooth operation of office and provide the highest level of customer service possible. 
  • Preference for work schedule availability Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, Friday over the lunch hours or afternoons.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and timely filing
  • Photocopying as necessary
  • Assembling packets/booklets/handouts
  • Occasionally sorting mail
  • Data entry/typing of various forms via computer keypad and typewriter.
  • General office tasks that may include - tidying office space, vacuuming, shredding, etc.
