This position is entirely remote, allowing you flexibility in your work environment while still being an integral part of our dedicated team. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth sessions, utilizing modern telecommunication tools to provide high-quality mental health services. Our infrastructure supports effective communication and collaboration, as you will participate in regular team meetings designed to foster provider development and improve client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions during individual, couples, or group therapy sessions that align with clients' mental health goals.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate clients on various coping mechanisms and strategies to enhance their mental well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, when necessary, to coordinate care and ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets state regulations and adheres to ethical standards.
• Engage in continuing education and training to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the mental health field, enhancing the quality of care provided.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Strong customer service orientation and advocacy skills to support client needs effectively.
• Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and cultural competence.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, ideally in a behavioral health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and an ability to proficiently implement various therapeutic modalities to cater to client needs.
