Christian Regional Director — Latin America
Remote | Latin America | Regional Leadership / Business Development

Acumen Agency is a growing global professional services company providing consulting, marketing, business, technology, AI, financial, outsourcing, and other professional services.

Founded on Christian values and principles, we are seeking a Christian Regional Director for Latin America to help expand Acumen Agency's presence throughout the region through business development, relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and regional growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Latin America, including its business environment, cultures, industries, organizations, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Acumen Agency throughout Latin America
  • Develop relationships with business leaders, organizations, companies, and potential partners
  • Identify regional clients, partnerships, and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network
  • Research regional markets and identify opportunities for expansion
  • Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Represent Acumen Agency at relevant business events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Help establish and grow Acumen Agency's presence across Latin American markets

Qualifications

  • Must be a committed Christian who shares Acumen Agency's values
  • Deep understanding of Latin American business environments and regional markets
  • Experience in business development, leadership, consulting, networking, partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of local business practices and professional networks
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse Latin American markets
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented

Compensation & Opportunity

This is a performance-based regional leadership opportunity. Compensation will be based on experience, responsibilities, business development, performance, and measurable results, with opportunities for increased compensation and advancement as the company grows.
