Duties:ย
- Answer and track incoming callsย
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systemsย
- Accurately record all details in accordance with proceduresย ย ย
- Conduct database and open-source researchย
- Route and escalate calls appropriatelyย
- Other duties, as assignedย
Requirements
- 3 + years experience in a call centerย
- Associates Degreeย (Preferred ), High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting dataย
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsย
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.ย
- Experience in handling sensitive informationย
