This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Are you someone who enjoys working with youth and families? We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and patient individual with strong communication skills. If you are honest, trustworthy, and a positive role model, we would love to hear from you!
We are seeking a Respite Care Provider to support a young boy in his home by providing supervision, assistance with daily needs, and engaging activities.
Pay: $17.66 per hour or $256.00 per day (8+ hours)
Benefits

Schedule
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Some weekday evenings
• Mostly weekend nights
• Care takes place in the member's home
• Shifts may include:
o Late afternoon

o Weekday nights and Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights
Responsibilities
• Supervision and safety monitoring
• Meal preparation
• Medication assistance
