NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Cloud
Details:
Business Systems Analyst - Oracle EBS or Cloud
Duration: Full time/ Direct Hire
Location: Houston TX - 3 days/ week onsite
Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will provide guidance and support to assigned business units and other Application Analysts on a daily basis. Collects and documents information from users, analyzes business and system processes and procedures to determine root cause. Recommends or implements required changes to make effective use of systems.
Duties:
  • Receive and document initial request and incident calls from users
  • Resolve and track daily issues
  • Participate in testing activities
  • Provide documentation related to issue resolution and testing
  • Develop and send communications to customers
  • Establish cooperative and supportive relationships with internal staff
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills needed to complete competing tasks.

Skills and Abilities:
Ability to:
  • Learns to identify opportunities and to provide ideas, methods and innovations to enhance teamwork, efficiency and quality.
  • Develops solutions to problems either of limited scope, low complexity or with precedents.

Knowledge:
  • Working knowledge of fundamental software, hardware and equipment operations.
  • Working knowledge of complete Microsoft Suite.
  • Basic understanding of business systems implementation issues.

Minimum Experience:
  • 1-3 years experience in Oracle support analyst role or finance/accounting role
  • Experience with Oracle applications (EBS or cloud) is preferred

Problem Solving and Innovation:
  • Problems vary, but can usually be identified easily.
  • Develops solutions to problems either of limited scope, low complexity or with precedents.
  • Develops work using established examples/procedures as a guide
  • Learns to identify opportunities and to provide ideas, methods and innovations to enhance teamwork, efficiency and quality.
