Job description

Step into a day at U.S. AutoForce

You start at 7:00 a.m., gearing up with your vest and boots. After a quick huddle, you climb into a forklift or order picker and get moving—unloading trailers, slotting tires and under‑car parts, and scanning product into inventory so independent tire retailers, repair shops, and dealerships get exactly what they ordered. By mid‑morning you’re cycling between aisles that rise up to 25 feet, placing stock accurately and safely. In the afternoon, you may pivot to help e‑commerce, inventory, or will‑call—because our team flexes where the business needs it. You wrap up at 3:30 p.m., unless overtime is needed (and during the busy season from September through December, expect mandatory OT).

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Rotating Saturday for overtime
  • Business demands may shift schedules; overtime is required as needed
  • Mandatory overtime applies during peak season from September through the end of December
What you’ll do
  • Load, unload, and stock tires and automotive parts in a fast‑paced warehouse using forklifts and order‑picking equipment
  • Use handheld scanners to locate, put away, and help control inventory accuracy
  • Lift 50 lbs consistently; occasionally lift up to 80 lbs, using team lifts or mechanical assist for commercial tires
  • When handling barrels or industrial/ag tires, exert up to 40 lbs of push force
  • Work confidently at racking that reaches approximately 25 feet while operating equipment
  • Stay on your feet for long periods and be available for overtime as needed
  • Champion a safety‑first culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and operating instructions
  • Pitch in with e‑commerce, inventory, or will‑call support when required
  • Take on additional reasonable tasks as directed; duties are not exhaustive
What you bring
  • Age 18+ (required to operate powered industrial equipment)
  • 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or closely related experience
  • Comfort lifting 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally; able to push up to 40 lbs in specific tasks
  • Ability to work at heights around 25 feet while maintaining stringent safety standards
  • Commitment to company safety policies and applicable state/federal transportation rules and manufacturing guidelines
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
  • Team‑oriented, follows instructions and safe operating procedures
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical demands, PPE, and environment

You must have the visual, auditory, physical, and mental capacity to safely operate equipment with or without reasonable accommodation. Expect frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (and occasional 80 lbs), plus periodic pushing up to 40 lbs. Commercial tire handling (rolling, destacking) requires team lifts or mechanical assistance.

Required PPE: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). We provide all PPE except boots. All teammates must follow manufacturer and company guidelines for proper PPE use.

Work environment can include exposure to current weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes related to tires and, at times, automotive parts and lubricants.

Pay and benefits
  • Starting pay from $19.00/hour
  • Weekly pay
  • Work boot reimbursement
  • Health coverage starting day one
  • 401(k) with employer contribution and match
  • Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • On‑the‑job training and skill development
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Employee discount programs
