Position Summary
Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of low voltage and systems integration scopes on construction projects.
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery-including planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and closeout-while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and company policies. The Low Voltage Project Manager serves as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
DESCRIPTION:
  • Manage all aspects of low voltage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Review and interpret contract documents, including drawings, specifications, and project criteria
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with schedule, cost, and quality objectives
  • Coordinate with field personnel to support installation and ensure scope execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors
  • Track project costs, labor productivity, and financial performance
  • Lead project meetings and serve as primary client contact
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar), but not required
  • 3+ years of low voltage experience with experience working on Data Centers
  • Knowledge of construction processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license
