Signature Retail Services is seeking a highly analytical and articulate full-time Data Analyst to play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with executives and project leaders, using data to inform strategy and guides decision-making. The ideal candidate is an Excel expert with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis. Experience in retail analytics or working with major retailers such as Home Depot or Lowe’s is a strong plus.

Position Overview:

The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting leadership through accurate reporting, data analysis, and process optimization. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with executives, project managers, and field leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, think strategically, ability to solve problems under pressure, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, continuously improving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and distribute customized reporting to support business decisions and performance tracking.
  • Analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
