Data AnalystThe data analyst will own the following: extract data from APIs, SQL databases, and other sources, manipulate and clean data, and turn data into insights. They will develop analysis and reporting capabilities, as well as monitor performance of our company to identify improvements.RequirementsAdvanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databasesExperience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.Experience with reporting packages (BI tools, Excel, etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (Python, Java, Scala, ETL frameworks, etc.)Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, RStudio, SAS etc.)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings2+ years of experience
