Job Summary:
ICONMA is an IT Services and Consulting company, and they are seeking a Technical Writer for their Atlanta, GA location. The role involves producing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, collaborating with various teams to document use cases, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, manuals, API docs, release notes, and knowledge-base articles for internal and external partners.
• Work at the intersection of business communication and API-driven ecosystems, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT, and Compliance teams to document use cases and value streams across the open finance and open banking landscape.
• Create and manage API documentation using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and Confluence, with strong proficiency in JSON and YAML.
• Support roadmap development by collaborating with business stakeholders to align documentation strategy with product direction.
• Drive stakeholder engagement by communicating the business value of open banking capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all deliverables in line with regulatory and partner requirements.
