Job description

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? As a Business Intelligence Engineer within Hologic's Corporate Quality Management Systems (QMS) function, you'll play a key role in supporting quality data review programs across the organization. 

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. If you're ready to bring your expertise in data visualization and analysis to a company committed to improving lives, this role is for you.

Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and programming languages like SQL, Python, or R.
  • Familiarity with corporate IT policies, data protection laws, and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Expertise in database management and data warehousing concepts.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $114,000 - $178,300 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
