About the Role:
The Learning Experience #369 in Katy, TX is looking for an energetic and caring Before and After School Program Teacher Driver to join our team! This unique dual role puts you at the heart of our students' daily experience — from safe transportation to engaging, supervised programming. If you love working with kids and making a difference every day, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport students to and from school and program facilities in accordance with all traffic and safety regulations
  • Supervise and engage children during before and after school program hours
  • Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, homework help, and enrichment programs
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and daily updates
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the transport vehicle is clean and well-maintained
  • Follow all childcare licensing regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL or school bus endorsement a plus
  • Previous experience working with school-age children in a childcare or educational setting
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
