Position Summary

Are you passionate about youth development and creating safe, enriching spaces for children? Join our dedicated team and help empower young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while promoting a substance free lifestyle.

We’re seeking a motivated leader to facilitate after-school programming that includes enrichment activities, academic support, and social-emotional learning. The ideal candidate brings strong behavior management skills and a spirit of collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an educational and/or community settings

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for empowering youth and promoting healthy lifestyles

• Bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or related experience

• 1-2 years of experience working in youth development or operating after school or summer youth programs

• 1-2 years of experience in group facilitation

• Background checks (PA Child Line, PA Criminal Record Check or FBI Clearance)

Compensation & Hours

• Part-time: 8 - 10 hours.

• Hourly Rate: up to $15 per hour based on experience.

• Monday through Thursday | 4:00 – 6:15 pm
