About our organization

Our New Jersey 82,000 square foot facility includes the largest emergency contact center in the United States. Our Houston Texas facility includes a fully redundant emergency contact center supported by a diverse talent hub. These two critical infrastructure facilities are staffed and operated 24/7/365 and require best-in-class uptime. They include high-availability data centers that have the highest uptime expectations that exist.

Our business operates 24/7/365, and that means our facilities teams must support an employee population that includes a significant number of hard-working contact center employees at our three call center locations across the United States.


We have immediate openings for Evening Shift Customer Service Representatives. Shifts will include working on weekends.

This position starts between $16 - 18 an hour. The next training class will begin on August 17, 2026.

Working in our call center your schedule will be the same every week and overtime is voluntary. We provide fully paid training and offer several evening or overnight schedule options


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emergency alarm signals in a clean and modern call center environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Collect information from our customers to update their accounts
  • Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the proper handling of each alarm
  • This job may include dispatching emergency services such as the police, fire department, or EMS


Requirements

  • You want to work in a fast-paced call center environment where you will help protect people and keep them safe
  • You are detailed oriented
  • You have solid communication skills
  • You enjoy learning new skills, systems, processes, and procedures
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • 1-year prior customer service experience in a call center environment
